Wow, things have been so crazy at my job this past week! We announced our "mitigation program," which I am heading up on the case manage- ment end, in the Pensacola News Journal. I have been crazy as the phone never stops ringing, and I am always in an appointment every second of every day! I didnt even get any lunch breaks last week (my boss would get us lunch and we would scarf it down.) Its been hard, because I feel so drained after working a 9 or 10 hour day with no break, talking and interviewing people. I feel as though when I get home, I just want to be still and quiet, and I definately dont feel myself...!
One good thing that came out of it all is that my very favorite Rebuild client was featured in that story, and her picture on the front page of the news! I tried to find it online, but now only the story comes up, not her picture. Im so disappointed because I would love to share her with everyone. Her name is Eva Gray, and she is the cutest little thing, with a big blonde curly wig she wears and huge white sunglasses she never takes off, even inside. She is addicted to winning free things that she can never use, so she always gives them away to anyone. I love her, really really love her, because she has less than most of our clients. Her home is a wreck but she still gives everything she does have away. Everytime I talk to her, she gives me free Backyard Burger coupons, which she won the previous Monday night at Bingo night (at Backyard burger) or free icecream from marble slab.
The weekend was much needed and appreciated! Ruco and I went to Smokey Bones with Heather and Rhett on Friday night, lazied around the house on Saturday, and then went to see "Holiday" which was out on sneak preview. I loved it. Today, we went to church, breakfast with my family, and then GOLFING! Ruco goes every Sunday, but this was my first time joining the fun, and it really was fun (I didnt expect that!) Ruco just grilled us some yummy BBQ ribs, hes such a great cook..I think he gets it from his mamma! =) And we are just settling down (sad that the weekend is over!)
So next Saturday we leave for our Christmas Cruise to Mexico! Im so very excited, this vacation couldnt come at a better time! I really feel so exhausted and like a huge burden is on my shoulders from the craziness of my work. I CAN NOT wait to spend an entire week with my family and Ruco relaxing and enjoying the sun and sand! I hope everyone has an awesome week!

Awww, your client sounds so sweet!! How in the world does she find so much free stuff!! She needs to tell us her secret!! I am so happy for you that you get to relax and go on a cruise! Of course, I wish I were there with you!! The meeting with our realtor went GREAT! We bought the house!! But of course I don't want to bore you now, so you can read all that in my blog! Love you!

I'm so jealous about your cruise...TAKE ME!!! haha
Kristi, thank you for the comment, she really is pretty amazing, huh?:) Of coarse, I'm a little biased. I told her what you said and she giggled and said, "awww...that Kristi is just the sweetest girl, that was so nice."
