This weekend was very fun and relaxing. On Friday night we had a great crawfish boil. I do not know if I can say that I am truly a fan of crawfish, if I am honest. However, the corn and potatoes were awesome Chef Baby Rhett! On Saturday Ruco and I went to the movies and then later to meet David and his wife Noelle for dinner at Applebees. Yea! Today for fathers day, we went Tubing with my family and to dinner. Now I am lying in the bed as Ruco reads one of his Joseph Conrad books and daydreaming of our travels coming very soon. I am getting so anxious for Africa. Today when we were Tubing, I kept asking Ruco about little things, like "Will we be able to tube down the river in Africa or can you not do that because there are too many crocodiles and hippos??" :) I really wanted to know if those hippos are as mean as Ruco makes them out to be!! Today we were talking about the places we want to visit and go camping, and all the animals I cant wait to see in the wild!! My mind is constantly thinking what our lives will be like in a few short months. I really am so grateful for my mom throughout all of this. She is just so grounded, and when I ask her if she gets worried about us in peace corps, she says- "No way, you are experiencing life and living it to your potential!" I am so lucky to have her support and encouragement. Everyone in my life is very supportive, which is such a huge blessing-well minus Jo and Danielle's special little prayers.......Im just very excited, and so very excited to see all our wonderful friends coming in town for Heather and Rhetts wedding in only 13 more days!!! Wow, time flies! We are going to have a blast together and it really will be such a special and awesome day. I know in my heart of hearts that Heather and Rhett were made especially for one another! God shaped and molded each one for the other, and thats what is going to make the wedding so amazing-the couple!!
I love you all, and cant wait to see most of you so soon!

Kristi you really are the best collage maker EVER!! Rhett and I had so much fun with you two Firday night! I know Rhett's dad misses Ruco...he wants his partner back so they can "jam" out some more!! HA HA! I just love you so much! Hopefully next year Rhett and I can go to Africa and can tube down a river (who cares about the mean hippos!) for our 1 year anniversary!! Thank you so much for being so supportive throughout the past few months. Lots has gone on and you've always been there excited and by my side! You are an amazing friend! I will miss you so much when you leave....but, we won't talk about that right now! I love you!

funny you should have crawfish just now as it is also on the list of things to do in Sweden. And no offence our crawfish is amazing.
