-when men grab Ruco's hand as a sign of friendship when we are walking down the street
-when someone asks "what is the staple food in America?" Hmmm...McDonalds??
-when we go on a late afternoon walk with an entire entourage of kids
-the way a child says "mzungu" (foreigner) with the cutest sense of wonder in his voice
Here are some photos of our weekend away at Queen Elizabeth national park...it was a great time of re-connecting with my husband! He has some better photos on his blog! We were also able to go on a great boat ride to see all the animals.

They play Dolly Parton everywhere?! That is awesome! I saw on Ruco's blog that everyone calls you Madam Carol... that is so cute! We really ARE turning into our moms... you are even taking over her name! I love you and just wish you were here with me to eat beignets, drink coffee, and hold hands!
