Home around the holidays!

This is old news by now, (I have kind of fallen off the blogging band wagon the last few weeks...) but Ruco and I were able to go the US for a few weeks! It was just so wonderful to see family and friends although we weren't able to see some people I would have loved to see. It was SUCH a busy time, but also a sweet time. I really realized how blessed Ruco and I are to have so many people who care for us and pray for us while we are in Africa.
We are now in Germany visiting Ruco's family. They moved this past summer from France and are really enjoying being close to Hugo (Ruco's little brother who is in school in Kandern.) We are having so much fun and have been able to rest a ton. I will be sure to post some pictures of us here with our little Mamma, Pappa, and Hugo!
About our plans regarding going back to Africa...we still aren't exactly sure! I will also have to post again as soon as I find out about that!
Lastly-Happy New Years to everyone today! Ruco and I woke up very early and he rolled over and said, "Happy New Years babe..I hope this year isn't quite as exciting as last!" ha! We are hoping for a more settled year and little less craziness and moving around. Pray that we can get settled one of these days..I think that would be pretty nice! We really miss you all already and hope to hear from each of you soon!
