Soccer jerseys=big hit!

So my Aunt Kim has been collecting old soccer jerseys from her class at school (over the last year) after I told her how much the boys are OBSESSED with soccer in Africa. We gave out some jerseys in The Gambia, and have also given to the street kids here in Moroto. She also sent us with some small toys (like hotwheels cars) and candy.
I know the street boys in Moroto really well, and after building a relationship with them, handed out some of the jerseys. I also went to "Camp Swahili" nearby and gave out some of the shirts and toys. Here are a few photos so that the kids from Riverside Elementary can see some of the Ugandan kids they helped!!
PS-I love seeing the Slidell and Pearl River shirts around town!!!

Some kids in "Camp Swahili." They were really happy about their new "motor cars"
Some of the boys with their cars

This is my buddy Robert. He lives nearby.

This is Peter. I love him. He teaches me what it means to really be joyous.

Teko and friend with their new jerseys. Teko should be in P-5, but is not in school...

Some of the boys from town. Ruco and I bought that barcelona jersey for christian while we were visiting there. He has now outgrown it. That jersey has really been around the world!

Alexander, who is also our neighbor.
